Matchroom Player of Distinction Jamie Clarke has been selected to represent Wales at under 16 level in international matches to be played this summer (2007). This is an excellent achievement for Jamie as he has been selected as a full under 16 international at the age 12.

Griffiths and Owens take 2006 Lads and Dads Title
Wayne Griffiths and father in law, David Owens are the 2006 Lads and Dads Champions at the Matchroom. In the best of three final they overcame stiff opposition from Welsh under 14 international, Jamie Clarke and his dad, Howie.

Gower takes 2006 Junior Winter Handicap Title
Seventeen year old Adrian Gower beat off over 60 junior entrants to finish top of the 2006 Winter Handicap ranking list. Adrian made a late run towards the end of the year to beat Greg Lee and Daniel Bowen into second and third place respectively.
